Just pointing out that he conned even at 55, so his minimum level is not 60
Stood down the cliff below the path (loc is approximate). Blue to a level 56. Neutral faction (to Iksar Shaman). Red to a 50, so 53-55. Quickly broke my root (high MR?). Max double punch for 160. Summons. Bottom of ramp leading to Highpass Hold. EK
